The Technium Deep Drop was developed exclusively for deep-sea fishing with Shimano electric reels. Offering excellent value for money, it combines a high-quality carbon blank with high-end components. It is also equipped with spiral-mounted guides to optimize the blank's action.

Designed for use with the entire range of Shimano electric reels, the Technium Deep Drop is an excellent choice for anglers looking for a specialized rod capable of harnessing the full power of their high-tech reel. It is ideal for fishing for squid, groupers and other deep-sea predators at very great depths. Its progressive action allows the blank to work in perfect harmony with the reel's automatic drag, providing optimal control, great security during fights and enhanced fishing comfort.

The blank is made from Full Carbon with HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology, giving it exceptional power while retaining a progressive action. This design provides a substantial power reserve for bringing fish up from great depths while absorbing sudden pressure changes during fights.

To further improve the rod's performance, the high-quality Seaguide guides, compatible with braided lines and monofilament, are mounted in a spiral configuration. This arrangement keeps the line away from the blank when it is under heavy load, limits twisting and optimizes efficiency.

To ensure a perfectly reliable connection between the rod and reel, the Technium Deep Drop is equipped with an extremely robust Pac Bay reel seat, mounted on an EVA handle offering excellent grip. An aluminum butt (gimbal) completes the setup for greater comfort and durability.

The range comprises two models, both measuring 7'6" (229 cm) in length, with a 1+1 construction (detachable handle) for easier transport:

* 500 to 1000 g model, intended for conventional deep-sea fishing.
* 800 to 1500 g model, designed to reach the bottom quickly and fish effectively in strong currents.
